Türkiye`de antrenör yetiştirme politikaları ve farklı ülkelerle karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Sporun evrensel boyutlara ulaştığı günümüzde spor eğitimcisinin üstlendiği rol önemlidir.Bu itibarla çalışmamızda antrenörlük eğitiminin ülkemizdeki mevcut durumunu ve olması gereken durumu ortaya koymaya çalışan bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Günümüzde antrenörlük eğitimi artık gönüllü bir faaliyetten ziyade bir meslek olma yolunda hızla ilerlemektedir. Bu gelişimin şartlarına uygun antrenörlük eğitiminde ülkemizdeki durum karmaşık bir yapıya sahiptir. İlgili kurumlar arasında koordinasyon yeterli değildir.Bu farklı kurumlar farklı metotlarla aynı amaca hizmet etmeyi arzu etmektedirler. Araştırmamızda eğitim programlan değerlendirilerek, ortak ve farklı yönleri ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu bağlamda antrenör eğitimine önem veren bazı Avrupa ülkelerinin eğitim programlan incelenmiştir. Bu incelemeler ışığında antrenör eğitiminin taşıması gereken hususlan ortaya koymaya çalıştık. Aynca antrenörlüğün bir meslek olarak toplumda yerini alabilmesi için Avrupa Birliği antrenörlük alt yapısı içerisinde sosyal ve hukuki dayanaklan ele alınarak, yeni bir yapılanma geliştirilmiştir. As the sports reached a global characteristic, The role of trainers has become much more important. In this study we wanted to expres the current and the ideal level of trainers education in our country. Today, educating the sport trainers is no longer a vulonteer activity but it is a professionel carrier. The education of trainers in our country has a complicated structure. There is a lack of coordinationon between the related institutions.İn fact these different institutions are working for the same purpose with different methods. İn this research education programms of some european countries which attached great importance to the education of traniers has been examined to figure out their similarities and differenties. As a result of this researh we tried to find out the qualifications reguired for the education of the trainers. Additionaly we tried to develop a new structure of trainer education based on the social and legal state of it in european union in order to make spor training a professionel carreer. VI
