Okul-aile işbirliği ve sorunları (Adapazarı örneği)

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı; Velilerin toplumsal konumlarına bağlı olarak, ilköğretim okullarında okul-aile işbirliği düzeyini, etkinliklerini ve problemlerini ortaya koymaktır. Ailenin toplumsal konumunu belirlemede velilerin eğitim, meslek, gelir durumları ölçüt alınmıştır. Araştırmada aşağıdaki sorulara cevap aranmıştır. Okul-aile işbirliği etkinlikleri ve problemleriyle ilgili olarak. A. a. Yönetici-Öğretmen grubunun görüşleri nelerdir? b. Velilerin görüşleri nelerdir? B. Velilerin, a. Meslek b. Öğrenim c. Gelir durumlarına göre görüşleri nelerdir? Bilgi toplama aracı olarak, yönetici-öğretmen ve veliler için iki anket formu geliştirilmiştir. Yönetici-öğretmen grubuna ortak sorular sorulmuştur. Araştırmanın evrenini, Sakarya İl merkezindeki 16 ilköğretim okulundan, random yoluyla seçilmiş 10 ilköğretim okulu oluşturmaktadır. Anketler, 32 okul yöneticisi, 101 öğretmen ve 306 öğrenci velisine uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, frekans (f), yüzde (%), standart sapma (S), aritmetik ortalama (X)'lar alınmış ve aşağıdaki sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. 1. Ziyaretlerle ilgili olarak, tüm gruplar yeterli görülmektedir. 2. Yönetici-öğretmen ve velilerin tutumlarıyla ilgili olarak önemli bir problemle karşılaşılmamıştır. 3. Veli toplantıları ile ilgili olarak önemli bir problemle karşılaşılmamıştır. 4. Okul aile iletişimi açısından, okul-aile birliklerinin fazla etkin olmadığı görülmüştür. Okul, yazılı iletişim sağlama konusunda yetersiz bulunmuştur.

The aim of this research is to put forward the school-family cooperation level in primary schools and activities and problems of it with respect to their social positions. The education, occupation and income levels of the families were taken as the criteria in determining the social positions of the family. Answers of following questions has been sought in the research. About the problems and activities of family-school cooperation: A. a) what are the ideas of teacher-manager group? b) what are the ideas of parents? B. what are the ideas of the parents with respect to their level of a) occupation; b) education; and c) income? Two inquiry forms were developed for parents and teachers-managers as a data collection tool. Common questions were asked to the teacher-manager group. The universe of the research has consisted 10 primary schools randomly chosen from 160 primary schools in Sakarya city. The inquiries were applied to 32 school managers, 101 teacher and 306 parents. Frequency (f), percentage (%), standard deviation (s), arithmetic average (x) were taken in the analysis of data and following results are obtained: 1. It was seen that all groups were satisfying about the visits. 2. There were not seen any serious problems about the manners of the managers- teachers and parents. 3. There were not seen any serious problems about the parents meeting. 4. It was seen that the school-family organizations are not efficient in school-family communication. School was found insufficient about doing written communication.
