Abstract

ÖZET Yabancı Sermaye Yatırımları ve Türkiye isimli bu çalışmamızın amacı yabancı sermaye ile ilgili geniş bilgi vererek Türkiye'ye gelen yabacı sermayenin olumlu ve olumsuz etkilerini incelemektir. Bu çalışmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde yabancı sermayenin çeşitli ülkelerde yatırım yapmasının amaçlan, bu amaçlarını gerçekleştirirken ülke ekonomisine sağladığı olumlu ve olumsuz etkiler üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci ve üçüncü bölüm tezimizin asıl konusunu teşkil etmektedir. Yabancı sermaye Osmanlı Dönemi 'nden günümüze kadar incelenmektedir. Bu bölümde yabancı sermaye Türkiye açısından değerlendirilmektedir. Gelen yabancı sermayenin hangi alanlarda yatırım yaptığı, Türkiye ekonomisine etkileri, yeterli miktarda yabacı sermayenin gelebilmesi için alınması gereken önlemler ve son olarak da Türkiye'de Yabancı Sermaye Mevzuatı konuları üzerinde durulmuştur. SUMMARY `The Foreign Capital Investment at Türkiye`. The purpose of this study to give extensive information about foreign capital and to examine carefully the positive and negative effect on Tiirkiye's economy. This study composed of three sections. At the first section, the purposes to invest of foreign capitals in a lot of country and the positive or negative effect on these country economies at this time. At the second and third section with essential subject of this thesis, foreign capital were investigated since Ottoman's last period to this time. In this section the foreign capital appraised about Tiirkiye's economy. The foreign capital flowing to the Türkiye was made investment which area of this country, to effect of this country and the precautions must be taken for sufficient amount of foreign capital flow to Türkiye. Finally the laws of country about foreign capital were investigated. VII
