Kalite güvence sisteminin ISO 9000:2000 revizyonu ve bir uyarlama örneği

Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışmada, üretim şirketlerinden başlayarak, hizmet ve yazdım şirketlerine, kar amacı gütmeyen kuruluşlardan, kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına kadar dünyada hızla yaygınlaşan ve Uluslararası Standardlar Organizasyonu (ISO) tarafindan alman karar gereği her beş yılda bir revize edilen 'ISO 9000 Kalite Güvencesi ve Yönetimi Sistemi Standardlan` incelenmektedir. Amaç, 15 Aralık 2000 tarihinde yayımlanarak uygulamaya giren ISO 9000:2000 revizyonunu ve bu revizyonun ISO 9000 standardlannda meydana getirdiği değişiklikleri irdelemek, belgelendirmeye esas ISO 9001:2000 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi şartlarım açıklamak ve ISO 9002:1994 Kalite Güvence Sistemi'ne göre yapılandırılmış bir kuruluş üzerinde bir uyarlama çalışması yaparak, ISO 9002:1994 Kalite Güvence Sistemi'ne göre sistem kurmuş firmalara, revize edilen yeni ISO 9001:2000 Kalite Yönetim Sistemine geçiş uygulamaları için önerilerde bulunmaktır. Bu çalışmada öncelikle, kalitenin ve ISO 9000 kalite standardlannın gelişimi ile ISO 9000 kalite standardlan hakkında kaynak taraması yapılarak ekle edilen bildiler derlenmiştir. Daha sonra ISO 9000 Kalite Standardlannda yapılan revizyonlar incelenmiş ve ISO 9000:2000 revizyon süreci ve revizyonun getirmiş olduğu yenilikler ve değişiklikler tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Diğer bölümlerde, ISO 9001:2000 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi şartlan maddeler halinde açıklanmış ve ISO 9002:1994 Kalite Güvence Sistemine göre kurulmuş bir firma üzerinde ISO 9001:2000 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi şartlarının karşılaştırması yapılarak, revize edilen ISO 9001:2000 Kalite Yönetim Sistemine uyarlanma çalışması yapılmıştır. SUMMARY In the field of this study, firstly considering from production companies, services and softwaring campanies, companies of without thinking benefit and govermental associations tül the other companies where had been developed and weel-known fast in the world. So that International Organizations for Standardization should have been revised for a taken decision and studied for ISO 9000 quality insurance and management system once every five years. The aim, ISO 9000:2000 revision which is edited on the date of 15th December, 2000 and entered into applications where causes some changes with on those ISO 9000 standardization revisions for the base of qualification of ISO 9001:2000 management of quality system specifications one explained ond for an establishment company which is reconstructed according to ISO 9002:1994 quality insurance system Also it is advised to the systematic companies which is established for ISO 9002:1994 insurance of quality system and for transition to the application of new revised ISO 9001:2000 management of quality system Fistly in the field of study, with the development of quality and ISO 9000 quality insurance standardization about ISO 9000 standardization which İs obtained seeking for about resources and arrangement for all informations. Then, the revision done on ISO 9000 quality insurance are investigated and ISO 9000:2000 durations and renews, changes which caused by ISO 9000:2000 are tried to determine. In the other sections, conditions and specifications of ISO 9001:2000 quality systems are defined step by step and according to ISO 9002:1994 quality insurance system for the established company where ISO 9001:2000 management of quality system conditions are compared with the revised ISO 9001:2000 quality management of quality system which is also considered into arrangement.
