Çalışan annenin aile içi problemleri

Abstract

Kadının iş hayatına girmesi pek çok problemi de beraberinde getirmiştir. `Çalışan Annenin Aile İçi Problemleri` konulu bu araştırmamızda iş hayatının anneye yüklediği problemlerin, aile içi ilişkilere nasıl yansıdığım incelemeye çalıştık. Araştırmamızın amacı; annenin çalışması konusunda önemli hususun, annenin eğitimli ve bilinçli olması halinde aile içi ilişkilerde dengeyi sağlayabileceğini bununla beraber yaşanan problemleri en aza indirgeyebileceğim ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmamızı İzmit. Eskişehir ve Adapazarı illerindeki çeşitli yaş ve meslek grupları üzerinde anket tekniğini kullanarak gerçekleştirdik. Elde ettiğimiz bulguları ; Örneklem ile ilgili bulgular, Çalışan annenin ailede yaşadığı problemlerle ilgili bulgular olmak üzere iki kısımda değerlendirdik. Çalışan annenin ailede yaşadığı problemlerle ilgili bulguları ise ; Çalışan anne - Çocuk İlişkisi, Çalışan anne - Eş ilişkisi, Çalışan anne-Yakın çevre ilişkisi şeklinde inceledik. Araştırmamızın neticesinde çalışan annenin eşine, evine ve çocuklarına, vakit ayırmasının, onun öğrenim durumu ve mesleği ile ilişkili olduğu sonucuna ulaştık. Ayrıca annenin eğitim durumunun anne - çocuk ilişkisinde son derece önemli olduğunu ve bilinçli bir çalışan annenin çocuğunun, onun iş hayatından en alt düzeyde etkilendiğini gördük. VI

Women have bought a lot of problems with in, by getting into a bussines world. We have try to investigate about `The family problems of working women` and how the family relationship was effected. The aim of our investigation;is to lay out the important principles for becaming a women who have their education and conscious to be in bussines as a mother. We have studied in İzmit, Eskişehir and Adapazarı cities and used the technigues of survey and worked with different ages, jobs on the bussines women. What we have found from the experiment is that, the audits theirselves and the audits problem in their family. Studied on the data of the working mother problems. The relation ship with mother - child, mother - husband, mother and the environment. The result of the investigation has showed us that a working woman. Who shores their time with her husband, her child. Belongsto their education and the relation ship with her job. The situation of a educational mother the relationship with her children also very important and conscious working mother's children are less effected. VII
