Asistans sektörünün finansal açıdan incelenmesi

Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışma, çağımızın yeni sektörlerinden biri olan Asistans Sektörü' nü, bu sektörde ülkemizde faaliyet gösteren şirketleri ve sundukları hizmetleri tanıtmak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Anlatılmak istenenler dört ana bölümde toplanmıştır. Birinci Bölümde, konu ile ilgili bazı tanımlar yapıldıktan sonra ana konu hakkında genel bilgiler sunulmuş ve gelişim sürecine değinilmiş; sektörün ilk olarak nerede doğduğu, kimler tararından kullanıldığı ve günümüzdeki seviyeye ulaşana kadar hangi evrelerden geçtiği hakkında özet bilgiler verilmiştir. İkinci bölüm ise tamamen sektörün sunduğu hizmetlere ayrılmıştır. Hizmet çeşitlerini belli bir kalıba sokup sıralamak oldukça zor, hatta imkansızdır diyebiliriz. Çünkü asistans firmaların hizmet alanının çok geniş olması ve bir çok sektöre çok farklı seçeneklerde hizmet sunabilme özellikleri nedeniyle, en çok kullanılan hizmetlere ağırlık verilmiştir. Diğer hizmetler hakkında da mümkün olduğunca geniş açıklamalar verilmeye çalışılmıştır. Üçüncü, dördüncü ve beşinci bölümler sektörde faaliyet gösteren şirketlerle ilgilidir. Bu araştırmanın hazırlanması esnasında en çok zorlanılan bölümler de bunlardır. Çünkü ülkemizdeki asistans firmaların büyük bir kısmı dışarıya kapalı olan şirketlerdir. Yani çalışma yerlerine kendi personeli olmayanların girmesi imkansızdır. Dolayısıyla bazı şirketlere hiç ulaşılamamış veya ulaşıp herhangi bir bilgi alınamamıştır. Üçüncü bölüm, bütün şirketleri kapsayan bir konu olan Teknik Altyapı' nın nasıl olması gerektiği konusunda bilgiler içermektedir. Asistans firmaları genel olarak en yeni teknoloji ürünler kullanmaktadırlar, özellikle telekominikasyon cihazları titizlikle seçilmekte ve kullanılmaktadır. Dördüncü bölüm, ülkemizde hizmet veren şirketlere ayrılmıştır. Burada, yer alan firmaların kuruluş tarihinden başlayarak sunduğu hizmetlere ve müşterilerine kadar bir çok konu hakkında bilgi sunulmaktadır. Beşinci bölüm ise sadece yabancı şirketlere ayrılmış ve genel olarak bütün dünyada önde gelen asistans şirketleri sıralanmaya çalışılmıştır. Son bölümde, ülkemizde faaliyet gösteren en büyük birkaç şirketle ve sektörle ilgili bazı sayısal değerlere yer verilmiştir. Bu değerler aynı zamanda Türkiye' deki asistans sektörünün gelişimi ile ilgili genel bir fikir verebilmektedir. Sektörün içinde olanlar, sektörü dışarıdan takip edenler ve bu konu ile ilgili araştırma yapanlar için bir kaynak olması amaçlanmıştır.

SUMMARY This study has been prepared with the aim of introducing one of the new sectors of our age, `The Assistance Sector`, companies operating in Turkey in this sector and the services they offer. Our study has been conducted in for main sections. At section one, definitions about the subject were made, general information was given about the main subject and the development phase was mentioned. Brief information was given about where the sector was first born, who used it and from which phases it passed through until it reached its current level. The second section entirely reviews the services offered by the sector. It is rather hard to classify the service types; we can even tell it is impossible. Because the services field of assistance companies is too wide and assistance companies can service many different sectors with different options, therefore the mostly used services have been emphasized. It has also been tried to give as broad explanations as possible about other services. Third, fourth and fifth sections are about the companies operating at the sector. During this study, these have been the hardest sections to study. Because most of the assistance companies in our country are introverted. That means it is not even possible to enter their operations centers. Therefore it was not even possible to approach some companies or it was not possible to obtain information though some were reached. Third section includes information about how the Technical Infrastructure should be, a subject which concerns all the companies. Assistance companies generally use the newest technology products. Especially telecommunication tools are fastidiously chosen and used. Fourth section reviews the companies operating in our country. In this section, lots of information is given ranging from the establishment of companies to services they provide and to their clients. Fifth section reviews the foreign companies and tries to enumerate the forthcoming assistance companies on the world. In the last section, some forthcoming assistance companies operating in our country and some numerical figures are included. These values can give a general idea about the evolution of assistance services in Turkey. This study has been prepared for those in the sector, those following it from a distance and finally the ones who will make any further studies so that it could serve as a source. VIII
