Abstract

Toplam kalite yönetimi,bir organizasyondaki değişik birimlerm,kalitenin oluşturulması, geliştirilmesi ve korunması çabalarım, müşteri tatminini de göz önünde tutarak, üretim ve hizmeti en ekonomik düzeyde gerçekleştirebilmek için koordine eden etkili bir sistemdir. TKY, tüm işletme süreçlerinin sürekli geliştirilmesi, iyileştirilmesi ve müşteri memnuniyetim bağlılığının sağlanmasına yönelik çağdaş katılımcı bir yönetim anlayışıdır. Günümüzde kaynakların kıt olduğu, artık herkes tarafından kabul edilen bir gerçektir.Bu durumda her alanda olduğu gibi eğitim alanında da kıt kaynakların en iyi biçimde değerlendirilmesinin gerekli olduğu söylenebilir. Bu yüzden son zamanlarda endüstri sektöründe basan ile uygulanan Toplam Kalite Yönetiminin eğitimde uygulanabilirliği gündeme gelmiştir. Bu tez çalışmasında Eğitimde Toplam Kalite Yönetimi ve sosyalleşme konusu işlenmiştir.Toplam Kalite Yönetiminin başarıyla uygulanmış olan Japonya ile Türkiye arasındaki kültürel benzerliklere yer verilmiş ve sosyalleşme olgusu ile Toplam Kalite Yönetimi arasındaki ilişkiler tespit edilmeye çalışmıştır.Ayrıca TKY ortaöğretimde uygulamalarından, Adapazarı Figen Sakallıoğlu Anadolu Lisesi örneğine yer verilmiş.Öğrenciler okul değerlendirme anketi uygulamıştır.

VII SUMMARY TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND SOCİALİNG İN EDUCATION Keywords; Total Quality Management, Education, Socilasing Calture, Total Quality Edmation, Total Quality Management is a system which coordinates the effort of devolopmg,improving and mainting of the quality by different departmants of an organization in order to realize the product and service in the most economic level with taking the customer satisfaction into consideration Total Quality Management is a kand of management understanding in which all the adminis tration processes are continiously developed and improved. ît is also a modern and participating management understanding in order to provide the costumer pleasure and depence at work place. At present, insufficiency of the resourses is a common reality that everybpdy agrees. Under these circumstances as in every area, it can be said that it is important to appraise the insufficient resources in the area of Education. For this reason, nowadays it is put on agenda to apply the Total Quality Management in the area of Education as it was applied Industry Sectors. At this study of thesis,it was surveyed and criticised the application Total Quality Management in Education and socialising. In Turkey and Japan, where Total Quality Management was successfully applied, it was emphasized the cultural similarities and it was tried to point out the relationship between socialising concept and Total Quality Management. Apart from this, Application of Total Quality Management in Elemantary schools, Figen Sakallıoğlu Anatolian High School was taken as a sample and a questionnaire which was about school appraising was applied to the students.
