Öğretmenler açısından eğitimde verimliliği etkileyen faktörler(Adapazarı`nda bir araştırma)

Abstract

ANAHTAR KELİMELER: verimlilik, okul, öğretmen, öğrenci, eğitim. Okullarımızda eğitim kalitesinin yükseltilmesinde, öğretmen en önemli unsurlardan biridir. Öğrenci ile bire bir ilişki içinde olan öğretmenin niteliği, aynı zamanda yetiştireceği öğrencinin niteliğini de belirleyecektir. Her iş kolunda olduğu gibi, eğitim sektöründe de kaliteyi yükseltebilmenin temel aracı verimlilik ilkelerini uygulamaktır. Öğretmenlerin verimli ve etkin çalışması eğitim kalitesinin de yükselmesine yardımcı olacaktır. Öğretmenlerin verimliliklerini olumlu veya olumsuz etkileyen bir çok faktör bulunmaktadır. Olumsuzlukların ortadan kaldırılması, olumlu faktörlerin ise desteklenmesi gerekmektedir. Adapazarı merkezde görev yapmakta olan, lise öğretmenlerine bir anket uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışma ile amaçlanan öğretmenlerimizin verimliliğini etkileyen faktörleri yine onların gözünden görmek ve durum tespitinde bulunmaktır.

Because, the quality of the teacher will determine the quality of the students. To apply the productivity principles is the basic means of increasing quality in education sector like in other professions. The productivity of the teacher will help to increase the quality of the education. There are lots of factors which affect teachers' productivity positive or negative. It is necessary to disappear the negative factors and support the positive ones. The survey is applied on teachers who work at high schools in the center of Adapazari. The aim of the research is to reveal the factors which affect teachers' productivity from their sides. VI
