Abstract

YÜKSEK PREZİSYONLU BİR MESAFE ÖLgÜM SİSTEMİ ÖZETÇE Bu tezde, değişik tipteki yüksek prezisyonlu mesafe ölçüm sis temleri tartişılmiş ve farklı bir mesafe ölçüm tekniği geliş tirilmiştir. Bu teknik, kaba ve basit algılayıcılar kullana rak yüksek prezisyon elde etmeye olanak sağlamaktadır. Tezde, bu tekniğe dayanan bir mesafe ölçüm sisteminin dizaynı gösterilmiştir. Ayrıca, sistemin gerçekleştirilmesinde karşı laşılan problemlerin çözümü ile sistemin genişletilme olası lıkları açıklanmiştir. -ı- /

A HIGH-PRECISION DISTANCE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM ABSTRACT In this thesis, different high-precision distance measurement systems are discussed and a different distance measurement technique, which makes use of crude and simple transducers and still gets a high precision, is developed. Design of a distance measurement system using this tecnique is shown. The solutions to the problems occurred in the realization of the system and expansion possibilities are explained. _4_
