| dc.description.abstract | A HIGH-PRECISION DISTANCE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM ABSTRACT In this thesis, different high-precision distance measurement systems are discussed and a different distance measurement technique, which makes use of crude and simple transducers and still gets a high precision, is developed.
