Abstract
It has been tried to be indicated that such cognitions are formed only by single conditional propositions. In the third Chapter, we tried to reveal that universals in the mind have no material aspects and that the view of knowledge has been formed by the propositions based on it by revealing ontologically the foundation of the fact that the singular beings are necessary for knowledge and language on behalf of the foundation of the definitive knowledge, which is among the fundamental issues of the problem of being, on a sound basis. In the Conclusion Chapter, it has been stated that Ockham was effective in the significance level he attributed to the singular things, in locating the individual as a subject and in forming a tradition in these subjects; it has been designed as an evaluation of all these
