İsmail Nâkâm`ın Genc-i Edeb mesnevisi (İnceleme-metin-sadeleştirme)

Abstract

İsmail Nâkâm, önceki asrın devamı niteliğindeki eserlerin meydana getirildiği, mahallî etkilerin görüldüğü, şiirde çoğunlukla dinî ve tasavvufî konuların ele alındığı 19. yüzyılda yaşamıştır. Ömrünü Azerbaycan'ın Şeki vilayetinde geçiren şair, klasik şiir geleneği doğrultusunda eserlerini vücuda getirmiş; kendi düşünce ve yaşam felsefesini, şiir anlayışını eserlerinde aktarmıştır. Eserlerinde özellikle Nizamî ve Fuzulî'nin etkileri belirgin bir şekilde gözlenmektedir. Devrinde çok tanınmayan ve hak ettiği ilgiyi elde edemeyen şair, kendini nasipsiz, bahtsız görmesinden kaynaklı olarak Nâkâm mahlasını almıştır. Ayrıca Sultan Abdülhamid döneminde İstanbul'a gelmiş, mahallî şairlerle dostluklar kurmuş ve Divan'ında Sultan Abdülhamid'e bir kaside yazmıştır.Çalışmamızın konusu Nâkâm'ın Genc-i Edeb mesnevisi, edep kavramı ve edep kaideleri üzerine kurulmuş, 31 makale, toplam 4123 beyitten oluşmaktadır. Tasavvufla özdeşleştirilen edep kavramı, her makalede şairin üslubuyla hikâyelerle desteklenerek aktarılmıştır. Ayrıca bu mesnevi, şairin düşünce ve hayal dünyasını, insana ve topluma bakış açısını, insanı yücelten, ahirette ve dünyada mutluluğa eriştiren fikirlerini yansıtmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, mesneviyle ilgili hem şekil hem muhteva incelemesi, elimizdeki tek nüshanın Latin harflerine aktarılmış transkripsiyonu ve sadeleştirmesi yapılmıştır.

Ismail Nâkâm lived in the 19th century which was fed by Sufism mostly in the literary sense in which the works of continuity of the previous century were produced, local influences were observed, but the depth of emotion, the richness of imagination and the harmony disappeared in. The poet who spent his life in Sheki province of Azerbaijan created his works in line with the tradition of classical poetry; he transferred his philosophy of thought and life, his understanding of poetry in his works. The effects of Nizamî and Fuzuli were clearly observed in his works. The poet, who was not known much during his time and couldn't get the attention he deserved, got a pen name, Nakam, because he considered himself as unlucky and unfortunate. He also came to Istanbul during the reign of Sultan Abdülhamid II, established friendships with local poets and wrote a letter to Sultan Abdülhamid in his Diwan .The scope of the study is based on the mesnevi named Genc-i Edeb (Source of Decency) by Nâkâm, the concept of decency and rules of decency, and the study consists of 31 articles and a total of 4123 couplets. The concept of decency associated with Sufism is conveyed in every article and supported by stories by the style of the poet. In addition, this mesnevi reflects the ideas of the poet's thought and imagination, his perspective on people and society, his ideas that glorify man and reach happiness in the Hereafter and in the world. The study analyzes mesnevi in terms of both form and content and transfers the only available version into Latin letters and also purifies it. Thus, the purpose of the study is to introduce the poet and his work.
