dc.description.abstractThere is not a country which solved completely her education problems. When education system of developed countries anvestigated, it will be seen That States share their heavy burden of education with private enterprises. While the ratio of numbers of students attending to private schools and collages to that of whole students in those countries reaches at 60-70%, this ratio is 1,4% in our country. The state has to appropriate large sums in the face of problem such as lasting insufficient primary education, growing masses of students in front of Universities, a large unskilled mass outside of the schools, schools and classrooms which are inadequate to meet the needs. State, performing the task of inspection, should leave Education-training operations to private sector, wakifs (devoted foundatitons) and local institutions. Nowadays the success of private schools exceed that of state schools. Besides their success in the exams of ÖSYM, students attention to private schools take more place in scientific investigation which are organized by TÜBİTAK and Science Olympiate Turkish private collages and Universities functioning abroad and especially in Turkish republics represent Turkey with a great success. In our study, we investigated The functioning, main principles various implementations and graphics of Success of The private education institutions whose success is highly admired. At the end of our observations of successful private education institutions, we found that a powerful school culture was placed, high targed were aimed in the field of education- training, managers, consident to be leaders, models of role were formed by teachers, responsibility felt by students, order, discipline and integration had been achiever technical and technological means were used in education-training and modern implications were applied. Considering our findings, we suggested alternative solution proposals as a model which proved itself with examples of successful implications at private education institutions.en_US
