Sosyal yapı ve sosyal değişme açısında Türkmenistan

Abstract

ÖZET Sovyetler Birliği'nin dağılmasıyla birlikte (1990) Orta Asya / Türkis tan'da ortaya çıkan yeni yapılanma bu bölgede yeni Türk devletlerinin ortaya çıkmasını sağlamıştır. Bu devletlerden birisi olan Türkmenistan ile ülkemiz arasındaki tarih ten gelen beraberlik her iki ülke arasında yoğun bir alışveriş yaşanma sına neden olmuştur. Çalışmamızda zaman içerisinde çeşitli dönemleri yaşayan Türkmenis tan ve Türkmen halkı sosyal yapı ve sosyal değişme açısından ele alın mıştır. Türkmenlerin üç ayrı dönem, (Sovyetler öncesi, Sovyetler Dönemi ve Bağımsızlık sonrası) içerisindeki sosyal örgütlenmesi, aile, ekonomi, inanç, eğitim ve bu yönlerde yaşadığı değişim ortaya konulmaya çalışıl mıştır.

SUMMARY As generally observed, new geographical-social-political structures hove emerged in the Central Asia. As a result of the collapse of the Soviet Uni on in the begining of 1990. This evidently has affected Turkistana / Cent ral Asian relations immensely as the Turks are historically the part of the Region. Türkmenistan is one of the States in the region with which Turkey is most closely connected. Turkish-Turkmenistan cultural and trade relations have naturally incerased very favorably. Above all, the roots have met and mo re meaningful socio-cultural relations have emerged. In tis study, Turkish-Turkmenistan relations in the historical context are to be Studied, emphasizing specitically the social structure and social chan ge processes of Turkmenia and Turkmen peoples. The study will take into consideration the three stage of Turkmenian de velopments, namely, pre-Soviet and focus the changes in the spheres of social organizations of the society, family change, economy, belief system and education.
