ISO 9002 KGS`nin gemi sanayi üzerine bir uygulaması

Abstract

ÖZET İşletmeler yoğun rekabet şartlarının baskısı ve hızla gelişen teknoloji sayesinde, sürekli olarak yeni ve daha gelişmiş ürünler üretmektedir. Bu geüşme süreci ile beraber ürün kalitesine yönelen geniş kapsamlı bir yaklaşım doğmaktadır. Günümüz rekabet, teknolojik, ekonomik ve toplumsal şartlan içinde kalite kavramı, tüketici ihtiyaçlarına ve kullanım amacına uygun olarak şekillenmiştir. Artık günümüzde, hedef kitle olarak kabul edilen tüketicilerin, satın alma kararlarım verirken göz önünde bulundurdukları temel değişken kalitedir. ISO 9000 KGS'nin kurulması ve yerleştirilmesindeki temel felsefe, müşterilerimize sunduğumuz ürün ve hizmet anlayışındaki süreçlerin kontrol altında tutulması ile müşterileri tatmin ederek sürekli kaliteyi temin etme ve takım anlayışı içerisinde çaba göstermeleridir. Yaptığım tezin amacı, içinde çalıştığım ve farklı bir sektör olan Gemi Sanayi Sektörü'nde bizzat çalışmasını yürüttüğüm ISO 9002 Kalite Güvence Sistemi'nin kurulma basamakları, uygulama biçimi, karşılaşılan güçlükler ve görülen eksikliklerle ilgili tesbit ve tekliflerde bulunmaktır. Uygulamasını görerek yaptığım bu araştırma, Gemi Sanayi Sektörü'nde küçük ve orta ölçekli bir firmadaki kalite sistemine geçişi anlatmakta olup ISO 9002'nin genel kurallarım bahsetmekten ziyade sistemin firmada uygulama biçimini karşılaştırmalı olarak gösterir.

SUMMARY Enterprises constantly produce new and more developed products thanks to the pressure created by intensive competition and rapidly developed technology. Together with this development process, a wide scoped approach which is directed towards the quality of product takes place. The notion of quality is formed in compliance with the needs of the customers and the conditions of the society under today's competition, technologic, economic and social conditions. Today, the basic variable taken into consideration by the consumers, who are accepted as target mass, when taking purchase decisions is the quality. The basic philosophy in establishment and application of ISO 9000 KGS is to satisfy the customers by controlling the processes of production and service mentality to the customers and to assure continuous quality and to work in team mentality. The objective of my thesis is to determine and recommend on establishment stages, type of application, the difficulties faced, and deficiencies found in ISO 9002 Quality Assurance System of Ship Maintenance and Repair Industry, one of different industry and i am working, which ı personally run. This study the application of which ı saw and do, specifies the transition of Small and Middle Sized companies of Ship Industry into quality system, and comparatively Indicates the application form of system rather than explaining general rules of ISO 9002.
