Yahya b. Ebi Kesir`in hadis ilmindeki yeri

Abstract

ÖZET `Yahya b. Ebî Kesîr'in Hadis İlmindeki Yeri` isimli bu çalışma, bir giriş ve dört ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde Yahya b. Ebî Kesîr'in yaşadığı yerler olan Basra ve Yemâme ile yaşadığı zaman dilimlerindeki siyasi durum ve hadis ilmi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci Bölüm'de, `Yahya b. Ebî Kesîr'in Hayatı, Manevî ve İlmî Kişiliği` ile ilgili bilgilere yer verilmiştir. `Yahya b. Ebî Kesîr'in Hadisçiliği` adını taşıyan İkinci Bölüm de üç başlıktan oluşmaktadır. Hadis İlmindeki Konumu başlığı altında, ilmî seyahatleri, hadisçiler arasındaki yeri ve hakkında yapılan tenkitleri değerlendirilerek tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Hocaları ve Talebeleri de bu bölümde detaylı olarak ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü Bölüm'de de `Yahya b. Ebî Kesîr'in Kütüb-ü Sitte'deki Rivayetleri` başlığı altında Yahya b. Ebî Kesîr'in Kullandığı Eda Siğaları ve Konularına Göre Rivayetlerinin Dağılımı araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca Buhârî'deki rivayetlerinin senet atlası çıkarılmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde ise Yahya b. SUMMARY This study called `The Importance of Yahya b. Ebî Kesîr in Study of Hadiths` consists of one introduction and four main parts. In the introduction part, information about the places where Yahya b. Ebî Kesîr lived, such as Basra and Yemame and about the political situation and study of Hadiths of his time has been given. In the first part information about `Yahya b. Ebî Kesîr' s Life, his spiritual and scientific personality` has been given. The second part called `Yahya b. Ebî Kesîr' s study of Hadiths` consists of three titles, too. His position in study of Hadiths has been tried to establish by taking into consideration his scientific travels and the critical reviews which were made about him under the title of His Position in the Study of Hadiths. His masters and students have been examined in detail in this part, too. In the third part,under the title of `Yahya b. Ebî Kesîr's relatings in Kütüb-ü Sitte` the Reading Form he used and the dispersion of the relatings according to their subjects have been examined. Along with this, voucher atlas of his relatings in Buhârî has been prepared. In the fourth part Yahya b. Ebî Kesîr's relations have been analyzed.
