Abstract

ÖZET Verimlilik kavramı ve özellikleri, eğitimde verimlilik ve yükseköğretimde verimliliğin teşvik analizi yapılmıştır. İkinci bölümde Türk yükseköğretiminin; tarihsel ve günümüzdeki gelişimi, yasal açıdan, planlama açısından, finansal açıdan ve ekonomik açıdan değerlendirilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Türk yükseköğretiminin uluslar arası karşılaştırması yapılmıştır. Birinci kısımda Dünya'daki yükseköğretim sistemi ve sorunları, okullaşma oranı, finansal problemleri ve akademik değerlendirilmesi, Türk yükseköğretimine ait istatistiki veriler ile birlikte karşılaştınlmıştır. İkinci kısmında Türk yükseköğretiminin bugünkü durumu, finansal problemleri ve akademik sonuçlan verimlilik açısından değerlendirilmiştir. vn

SUMMARY PRODUCTIVITY ANALYSIS OF TURKISH HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM The subject productivity in Turkish higher education system has been studied. What is productivity, the relationship between education and productivity, productivity in higher education all these questions are examined and it is theoretically analysed. In the second section, historical and today's process of Turkish higher education is examined. It's analysed on the subjects of legal, planning, financial, economics and productivity. In the third, the numerical analyses of higher education in the world and it's higher education today is examined. Number of participating gross participating ratios, number of lecturers and researchers, public current spends for each student in higher education in the world were analysed and all these studies are compared with Turkish higher education. Demands on Turkish higher education since 1983 and number of students and graduate, number of lecturers and researchers, number of students for numerical statistic. Moreover the evaluation of Turkish higher education's place in the world according to research and publication activities, the place Turkish higher education in the world's artide arrangement, the position of students study on other countries and also the position of students come to in Turkey, the activity regvines of foreigner students in diploma, are all analysed.
