Abstract

ÖZET Evde çalışma esnek çalışmanın bir kolu olarak, işvereni sosyal güvenlik yükümlülüğünden kurtardığından ve işçilik maliyetini asgari maliyetin altına düşürdüğünden işverene büyük bir rekabet avantajı sağlamaktadır. Eve iş almaya neden olan esas gerekçe ;Evde çalışan kadınların ücret karşılığı evde yaptıkları işler, günlük olarak yaptıkları ev işlerinin devamı şeklindedir. Bu işlerinin en önemlilerinden olan çocuk bakımı ve diğer ailevi sorumluluklar eve iş sisteminde kadınlar için uygun ortamı hazırlamaktadır. Son yıllarda sürekli gündeme gelen ucuz emek için kadının evde çalışması; ücreti, iş sıkıntısı,evdeki sorumlulukları, toplumsal görevlerinden veya kadının dışarıda çalışmasına izin vermeyen eşlerinden dolayı evde çalışmayı tercih etmeleri gibi konulardaki problemler bu çalışmada incelenmiştir. ABSTRACT Home-working, a branch of free working, provides great advantage of competetion to the employer since it makes them exempt from social security liability and reduce workmanship cost under the minimum. The reason for house wives to accept home-working is that the work done at home for payment is of the kind of usual work. Of the most important of these daily work, taking care of children and house work, which keep house wives at home give rise to home- working. In this study such problems as home-working for lower payment, home working women's domestic responsibilities, their choice of home-working due to fact that their husbands do not let them work outdoor are examined.
