Mesnevi`de Mevlana`nın eğitim ve eğitim yöneticisine dair görüşleriyle modern anlayışı bir karşılaştırma denemesi

Abstract

ÖZET Mesnevi 13. yüzyılda Konya'da yaşayıp yine orada vefat eden Türk dünyasının en büyük düşünürlerinden Mevlânâ Celâleddin tarafından yazılmıştır. Altı cilt ve 25618 beyitten oluşan bu eser, edebiyatta her beyti ayrı ayrı kafiyeli nazım şekli olan mesnevi tarzında yazıldığı için bu ad ile anılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Türk kültür tarihinde önemli bir yeri olan Mevlânâ' nın Mesnevi'sindeki eğitimle ilgili görüşlerini, Türk eğitiminin ondan yeniden yararlanması adına farklı bir perspektifle ortaya koyarak, modern eğitim ve eğitim yöneticisinde aranan yeterlilikler ışığında analitik bir bakış açısıyla değerlendirdik. Mevlânâ'nın insan merkezli bakışı bu eserinde de görülmektedir. İnsan akıl ve nefisten yaratılmış; ancak aklıyla tanımlanmıştır. İnsanın gerçeğe ulaşması için sadece aklın varlığı da yeterli değildir. Zira insan; akıl, gönül, aşk, nefis, sabır v.b. unsurlardan oluşan bir değerler manzumesidir. Eğitim ipek böceğinin ördüğü koza gibi, bu değerlerin insan üzerindeki iç İçe ve barışık örüntüsünün adıdır. Modern eğitimcinin görüşleriyle geniş ölçüde mutabık olan Mevlânâ, eğitim ve eğitimci bazında kendine özgü metodlar geliştirmiştir. İnsanın gerçek varlığını gizleyen nefsani benliğin yok edilmesini metod ve ilke olarak eğitim anlayışının merkezine yerleştirmiştir. Mevlânâ eğitim örgütünün işletilmesinden sorumlu eğitim yöneticisine, eğitimci kişiliğinin yanı sıra, adaletli, kararlarını danışarak alan ve çevre desteğini sağlayan, örgüt içerisinde etkili bir iletişimle güçlü bir motivasyon sağlayan, yönetim süreçlerini etkili bir biçimde kullanan sağlam bir karakter ve kişilik sahibi, rasyonel bir bakış açısı ile yöneticilik mesleğinin gerektirdiği bilgi ve yeteneklere sahip bir formasyon yüklemiştir. SUMMARY Mesnevi is written by the one of the most important thinker of Turkish world Mevlana Ceialeddin who has been lived and died in Konya in 13th Century. This opus that consists of six bindings and 25618 couplets is named as this because of being written as mesnevi style that is a versification style each couplet being of a diffent rhyme. We have evaluated Mevlana's opinions., who has importance in Turkish cultural history, about education in his Mesnevi, with an analytical point of view in the light of the modem education and demanded adequacies of an education master, by bringin up a different perspective in the aim of benefit the Turkish education from him again. Mevlana's human centered view is seen in his this opus too. Human is created of wisdom and real self, but identified by his wisdom. Also only the wisdom's being is not enough for human for attaining to the truth. Because human is a poem of values that consists of the elements as wisdom, inclination, love, real self, patience and etc. Education is the name of this values' interconnected and compatible knitting on human. Mevlana, confirming on a vast scale to modern educator's opinions, has developed different methods peculiar to himself about the education and educator. Put the terminating the carnal personality that hides the real existance of human, to the centre of the education comprehension as a method and a principle. Mevlana loaded to the education master responsibled for operating the education organization, a formation that make decisions by consulting and provide the support of the environs, make a strong motivation by an effective communication in the organization, use the management processes effectively, has a sure character and personality, has the information and abilities that management profession necessiates with a rational point of view.
