Hizmet işletmelerinde performans değerlendirmesi (Konya Vakıf Hastahanesi örneği)

Abstract

İnsan kaynaklarının en önemli öğesini oluşturan `Performans Değerleme` örgütlere işgörenleri hakkında geniş veri ağı oluşturmakta yardımcı olmaktadır. Bu veri sayesinde örgüt, çalışanları hakkında detaylı bilgiye sahip olacaktır. Çalışmamızı üç bölüm teşkil etmektedir. Birinci bölümünde işletmelerde performans ile ilgili temel kavramlar öncelikle sunulmuş ve performansı etkileyen faktörler kapsamlı olarak ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca bu bölümde performans değerlendirmenin kapsamı, önemi, amacı da yer almaktadır. Çalışmamızın ikinci bölümünde ise performans değerlendirme süreci, performans değerlendirme ölçümünde kullanılan sistemler, karşılaşılan sorunlar ve hatalar detaylı olarak analiz edilmiştir. Üçüncü ve son bölüm olan uygulama kısmında ise, Konya Sağlık ve Tedavi Vakfl Hastahanesi Hemşireleri üzerinde uygulanan performans değerlendirme çalışması ve bu çalışmayla ilgili sonuçlar yer almaktadır.

`Performans Evaluation`, which is the main element of human resource, helps organizations to provide a wide data network about their employee. Thanks to this data, organization gets extensive information about its employee. This study is composed of three chapters. In first chapter, some fundamental concepts are presented related with performans in organizations and the factors which effect perfrmans are evaluated extensively. Besides this, scope, importance and the objectives of organization are mentioned. Next, process of performans evaluation, systems used in evaluation, problems which are faced in this process and mistakes are the subjects of second chapter of the study. Third and the last chapter of the study which is about application analysed the performans evaluation which is done on Foundation of Konya Health and Treatment Hospital's nurses, and the results related with this study.
