İlköğretim okullarında öğretmenlerin iş tatmin düzeylerinin karşılaştırılması (Sakaray ilinde bir uygulama)

Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışmada amaç, özel ve resmi ilköğretim okullarındaki öğretmenlerin iş tatminlerini araştırmak ve özel ilköğretim okullarındaki öğretmenlerin iş tatmini ile resmi okullardaki öğretmenlerin iş tatmini arasında farkın olup olmadığını bulmaktır. Genel iş tatmini açısından öğretmenlerin işlerinden memnun oldukları gözlense de çeşitli yönlerden tatmin olmadıkları bulunmuştur. Bulgular resmi ve özel okullardaki öğretmenler arasında iş tatmini açısından anlamlı farklılıkların olduğunu göstermektedir. Sonuç olarak özel okul öğretmenlerinin resmi okul öğretmenlerine oranla çeşitli yönlerden daha yüksek bir iş tatminine sahip oldukları görülmektedir. xıı

SUMMARY The aim of this study is to investigate the job satisfaction of public and private school teachers, and to find out whether there are differences between the job satisfaction levels of these two groups of teachers. The study indicated that teachers are fairly satisfied with their job, although they are dissatisfied with some aspects of their jobs. The results of empirical analysis indicated that public and private school teachers differ significantly on the levels of job satisfaction. It is concluded that private school teachers tent to perceive their job satisfaction level significantly higher than that of public school teachers in almost all aspects. xni
