Mobilya endüstrisinde bütünleşik imalat yönetim sistemi ve bir kural tabanlı ana üretim çizelgeleme modeli

Abstract

ÖZET Konu: Mobilya Endüstrisinde Bütünleşik İmalat Yönetim Sistemi ve Bir Kural Tabanlı Ana Üretim Çizelgeleme Modeli. Değişik ürünler ve farklı son montaj hatlarına sahip bir mobilya imalat firmasında, ana üretim çizelgesinin hazırlaması ve gerektiğinde değiştirilmesi kolay değildir. Bu tezin amacı; yeniden geliştirilen bir kural-tabanlı bilgisayar yazılımı ile, mobilya endüstrisinde faaliyet gösteren işletmeler için ana üretim çizelgesi hazırlanması, değiştirilmesi ve müşteri sipariş sözleşmesi aşamasında, bu işlemleri hızlandıracak karar desteği sağlamaktır. Bu nedenle, sistem gerekli bilgi sağlandığında ihtiyacı duyulan uygun planlamayı otomatik olarak yapmalı veya değiştirebilmelidir. Diğer yandan firma için önemli olan bir durum da; talep tahminlerinde hata yapmayarak gelen müşteri taleplerini de kaçırmamaktır. Bu çalışmada; ana üretim çizelgeleme faaliyetleri ve bu faaliyetleri etkileyen konular ile mobilya endüstrisi genel özellikleri ve onun imalat yönetim teknikleri, arz-talep ve dağıtım şartları hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiştir. Daha sonra, mobilya imalat firmalarında ana üretim çizelgesini yapacak ve gerekirse uygun şekilde değiştirebilecek, yeniden hazırlanan bir kural tabanlı bilgisayar yazılımının veri tabam oluşumu ve uygulanması gösterilmiştir. Bu sistem, mobilya imalat firmaları için ana üretim çizelgeleme yapımı, değiştirilmesi ve müşteri sipariş sözleşmesi faaliyetlerinde önemli kolaylıklar sağlayacaktır. xii

It is a hard process to develop and modify master production schedule in a firm having different types of products and final assembly lines The aim of this thesis is to develop a support decision tool at the stage of building and modifying master production schedule, by a developed rule-based software which accelerates these activities for furniture manufacturing companies. Therefore, the system should automatically make the needed and proper modifications when they are input. Besides, it is great importance to the firm to remove the errors of demand forecasting so as not to miss customer orders. In this study, a general overview on the master production scheduling activities and related topics which affect these activities and knowledge about basic characteristics of furniture industry and its production management techniques, supply-demand and distribution conditions, are given. In addition, knowledge about data-base process and operating system of the developed rule-based computer software, which is able to build and rearrange the master production schedule for furniture manufacturing companies, are presented. This system will provide considerable easiness of use in the master production scheduling, modifying and order promising activities for furniture manufacturing companies. Xlll
