Ailenin ilköğretimde öğrenci başarısına etkisi (Söğütlü örneği)

Abstract

ÖZET Aile, toplumun çekirdeğini oluşturan temel kurumdur. Bu kurum bireylerden oluşur. Çocuk da bu bireylerden biridir. Çocuk, aile içinde sosyalleşmeye başlar. Daha sonra sosyalleşme ve bilgi aktarma işlevini eğitim kurumu üstlenir. Çocuk eğitim kurumuna geçtiği zaman, kurumlar arası etkileşim ortaya çıkar. Bu ilişki esnasında, ailenin öğrencinin başarısı üzerindeki etkisi önemlidir. Çünkü, çocuğun en önemli sosyal çevresi aile ve okuldur, Araştırmamız, bu sosyal etkileşimin boyutunu ortaya koymak ve özellikle ailenin öğrenci başarısındaki etkisini tespit etmek amacı ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmamızın uygulama bölümü Sakarya'nın Söğütlü ilçesinde yapılmış olup ilköğretim 5. sınıflarını kapsamaktadır. Bu dönem, 6-14 yaş grubu çocuklarını kapsamaktadır. Aynı zamanda bu dönem sosyalleşmenin en hızlı olduğu hayat başarısının veya başarısızlığının temellerinin atıldığı bir dönemdir. Araştırmamız, konu ile ilgili literatür taraması ve anket uygulaması şeklindedir. Anket sonuçlarından elde edilen veriler SPSS programında çapraz ilişkiye tabi tutularak çıkan sonuçlar sosyolojik açıdan değerlendirilmiştir. SUMMARY Family is a hardcore of society. This establishment consists of individuals. The child is one of the member of this establishment. The child begins to socialize in the family. Later, this duty is taken on by educational establishments. When the child starts to go to the educational establishments, some interactions appear between them. During the phase, the family has important effects on the success of the child. Because, the most important of social surrounding of the child is his family and school. This research basically intends to show the importance of this interaction and especially to show the effects of the family on the success of the child. Application part of the research has been performed at the town Söğütlü of Sakarya and covers fifth classes in primary-school. This period spans 6 to 14 years of children. At the same time it is a term that socialization is the fastest and appears success - failure of the life. In our research we did a literature scanning and a public - survey. The data, which are got from results of public - survey, have been evalueted sociologically by being applied cross relation in SPSS program. Consequenty, it was seen that the families have important effects on primary - school students. VII
