Çağdaş Kazak Türkçesinde hal eklerinin kullanılış biçimleri

Abstract

ÖZET Her dilin kendine hâs özellikleri vardır. Türkçenin dallan olan Çağdaş Türk Şive ve Lehçelerinin de kendi içerisinde kendine hâs özellikleri olacaktır. İşte biz bu çalışmamızda bu özellikleri dikkate alarak Türkiye Türkçesi ve Kazak Türkçesindeki hâl eklerinin tanımlanma ve kullanım biçimlerini değişik gramerlerden ve edebî metinlerden tespit ettiğimiz örneklerle ortaya koymaya çalıştık. Eklemeli diller, temel olarak, ekler ve köklerden oluşur.Dilin akıcılığını ve canlılığını sağlayan unsurlardan biri de eklerdir. Çekim eklerinden olan hâl ekleri de kullanılan en işlek eklerdendir. Bu hem Türkiye Türkçesi için, hem de Kazak Türkçesi için geçerlidir. Hâl kavramı ve hâl ekleri, Türk dilinin üzerinde durulması gereken bölümlerinden biridir. Hal ekleri konusu, Türk dilinin tarihî gelişimi içerisinde ele alınıp, diğer Çağdaş Türk Şive ve Lehçeleri ile karşılaştırılması yapılmalı, ayrı ve benzer yönleri ortaya konulmalıdır. Çünkü hâl eklerinin dilin yapısında önemli bir fonksiyonu vardır. Bu çalışmamızda da görüldüğü gibi, hâl ekleri, cümleyi meydana getiren öğelerin alt yapısını oluşturmaktadırlar. İşin, oluşun, hareketin ve nesnenin durumunu yer, zaman, mekân, vs. bakımından sınırlamaktadırlar. Hâl ekleri dilin akıcılığını ve devamlılığını sağlayan temel etkenlerden biri olarak büyük bir öneme sahiptirler.

SUMMARY Each language has the itself peculiar to characteristics. They will be the themselves peculiar to characteristics of the contemporaneous Turkish Accent and Dialects too within themselves which is the branchs of Turkish Language. Here, we have try to bring up by means of examples that we establish from the various grammars and literary texts to the being defined and the usage forms of the case affixes in the Turkish Language of Turkey and the Kazakh Turkish Language as taking into consideration to this characteristics in our this study. The agglutinative languages bancly forms from the cases and the roots. The affixes is one too of the elements which provide to the fluency and the liveliness of the language. They are the others of the used most productive affixes that the case affixes are the others of the inflectional suffixes too. This is valid for either the Turkish Language of Turkey or the Kazakh Turkish Language. The case concept and the case affixes is one of the divisions of the Turkish Language which is necessary spent a lot of time thinking about it. The topic of the case affixes has to be compared with the other contemporaneous Turkish Accent and Dialects as being considered within the historical development of the Turkish language, to be brought up their different and similiar aspects. Since, the case affixes has the important funktion in the structure of the language. As it is seen in our this study, the case affixes forms the infrastructure of the elements which creates to the sentence. They limit from the point of view of the location, the time, the place, etc. To the situation of the work, the becoming, the motion and the object.
