İnternet destekli öğretimde öğrenci memnuniyeti ( SAÜİDÖ örneği )

Abstract

I ÖZET Anahtar Kelimeler: İnternet Destekli Öğretim, Öğrenci Memnuniyeti, Uzaktan Eğitim. Eğitim Teknolojisi Bu araştırmanın amacı bütün derslerini internet üzerinden alan öğrencilerin internet destekli öğretim sisteminden memnuniyet düzeylerini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Bu amacı gerçekleştirmek için literatür taramasından elde edilen kaynaklar ve veriler yardımıyla bir ölçme aracı geliştirilmiştir. Ölçme aracı iletişim, Web sitesi ve ders içeriklerinden oluşan 3 temel bölümden oluşmaktadır. Geliştirilen ölçme aracı http://vvww.ido.sakarya.edu.tr adresinden yayınlanarak Sakarya Üniversitesi Adapazarı Meslek Yüksek Okulu'nda okuyan öğrencilerin isteğe bağlı katılımı sağlanmıştır. Ölçme aracı üç hafta süre ile yayında kalmış ve öğrencilere internet destekli öğretim sitesinin duyurular bölümü ve e-posta adreslerine e-posta göndererek ankete katılımları teşvik edilmiştir. Ölçme aracından toplanan veriler SPSS paket programı yardımıyla ki kare analiz tekniği kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular ışığında öğrencilerin internet destekli öğretim sisteminden memnuniyet düzeylerinin yüksek olduğu gözlenmiştir. VII

/ SUMMARY STUDENT SATISFACTION AT INTERNET BASED EDUCATION (THE CASE OF SAUEDO) Keywords : Internet Assisted Education, Student Satisfaction, Distance Education, Educational Technology The aim of this research is to find out the satisfaction level of the students who have education via internet. To realize this aim a tool of measurement was developed with the help of data and sources obtained through literature scanning. The survey consists of three basic units which are communication, web site and course contents. Survey was presented at http://ww.ido.sakarya.edu.tr and participation of the students who study at Sakarya University Adapazarı Vocational High School was requested. Survey was on the internet for three weeks and students were motivated to participate in the survey through sending e-mails to them and putting an announcement on the announcement board of the site. Data was evaluated with the help of SPSS packet programme using chi square analysis technique In the light of data obtained through survey, it was observed that the level of student satisfaction in this method of teaching is quite high.
