Abdülmelik b. Habib es-Sülemi`nin hayatı ve hadisçiliği

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı Endülüslü âlimlerden olan Abdülmelik b. Habib'in hayatını ve Hadis ilmindeki yerini incelemektir. Endülüs'te İslam tarihi ve kültürü açısından önemli bir birikim bulunmaktadır. Ancak bu konuda İslam dünyasında ve Türkiye'de gerektiği kadar çalışma yapılamamış, bu coğrafyadaki ilim ve kültür zenginliği gerektiği kadar tanıtılamamıştır. Bu çalışmanın konusunun Abdülmelik b. Habib olarak seçilmesi; Endülüs'te yetişen âlimlerden birisi olması ve kendi alanında önemli bir konuma sahip olmasından dolayıdır.Çalışmaya öncelikle İbn Habib'in yaşadığı dönemin sosyal, siyasi ve ilmi bakımdan genel durumunun değerlendirilmesiyle başlanmıştır. Daha sonra İbn Habib'in doğumundan itibaren hayatı, yetiştiği ilmî, siyasi ve sosyal çevre, hocaları, öğrencileri, fıkhî görüşleri ve eserleri tanıtılmıştır. Kendisiyle ilgili rivayet edilen olaylardan kişiliği hakkında bazı çıkarımlar yapılmıştır. Abdülmelik b. Habib'in çok yönlü bir ilmi kişiliğe sahip olması ve birçok alanda eserler vermesi zamanındaki ulemanın dikkatini çekmiş ve övgülerini kazanmıştır.Abdülmelik b. Habib'in hayatıyla ilgili bilgiler araştırılırken kaynak olarak ricâl ve tabâkat eserleri kullanılmış, Endülüs'ün sosyal, ilmî ve siyasî tarihiyle ilgili eserlerden de faydalanılmıştır. Ailesi ve özel hayatı hakkında eserlerde tatmin edici bilgiler bulunmamaktadır. Çeşitli alanlarda birçok çalışması olmasına rağmen bunlardan yalnız dokuzu günümüze ulaşmıştır. Bunlardan Edebü'n-nisâ önemli bir eseridir. Endülüs'ün ilk tarihçisi olması da önem arz etmektedir. Gerçi bu alandaki eseri eleştiriye maruz kalsa bile Endülüs'ün tarihi ile ilgili önemli bilgiler vermektedir.Yapılan araştırmalar neticesinde görülmüştür ki; İbn Habib, Endülüs'e Maliki öğretinin girmesindeki rolü ve Malikî mezhebinin ilk temsilcilerinden olması bakımından önemli bir şahsiyettir. Malikî mezhebinin görüşlerini bünyesinde toplaması, Endülüs'te tarih ilminin öncülerinden biri olması ve edebî kişiliği dikkat çekmektedir.

The purpose of this study is that to investigate biography of Abdülmelik b. Habib who was a famous scholar in Andalusia and also his contribution to the study of prophet?s tradition. There are many crucial sources available in Andalusia for History and Culture of Islam. However, there has not been sufficient study carried out in this field neither in Turkey nor in other Islamic countries, therefore, richness of science and culture of Andalusia has not been promoted adequately. The main reasons of picking Abdülmelik b. Habib as a focus area in this study are that he was one of the scholars who were educated in Andalusia and also he had a crucial role in his field of study.This paper firstly investigates the science and political situation in general during the period of ibn Habib?s life, then it is followed by an investigation which consists of his life starting from his birth, environment of science during the period of his education, his educators, his students, Islamic canon law (Fiqh) from his point of view and also his academic Works. It is tried to introduce the view of his prophet tradition of İbn Habib who is famous for personality of Fakih. It has been referred about his personality from events which has been rumoured about himself. That Abdülmelik bin Habib has manysided scholarly personality and many Works in very areas, has attracted attention of Ulema in that time and gained scholarly praise of them.Rical and Tabakat have been used as sources to investigate biography of Abdülmelik b. Habib?in this paper, scientific and political sources have also been used. Studies based on his family and his private life don?t carry satisfaction information. Although he has a lot of works in various areas, only nine of them has reached today. The book called Edebü?n-nisâ of them is his important work. That he is the first person who carries science of prophet tradition to Andalusia. Also, that he is the first historian of Andalusia is important. Indeed, even though his work in this area is exposed to criticism. It has given important information about history of AndalusiaAs consequence of the researches conducted, it has been seen that İbn Habib was important personage as he was former representatives of Maliki Sect and the role of coming Maliki doctrine to Andalusia. It has been noticed that he had inspired by Maliki sect that his poetship and he was advance courier of science of history.
