Defterde, Han yönetiminden gelen ferman, hüküm, talimatlar, terekeler, kamu görevlileri ile özel kişiler tarafından kamu için tahsis edilmiş vakıflar, vakıf ve mütevelli heyetlerinin devir teslim işleri ile birlikte çoğunluğunu alacak-verecek, boşanma, miras, yaralama, cinayet, hürriyetin ispatı gibi ceza davaları yer almaktadır. | |
