L-sistein ve dimetil benzilidenmalonat türevlerinin verdiği reaksiyonlrın incelenmesi

Abstract

-72- VI.ÖZET Bu çalışmada dimetil benzilidenmalonatlar ile L-sisteinin reaksiyonu incelenmiştir. Dimetil benzilidenmalonat türevleri, dimetil malonatlarla çeşitli benzaldehit türevlerinin kondenzasyonu ile elde edilmiştir. Sentezlenen bileşiklere L- sisteinin katımı ile S(2,2-Dimetoksikarbonil-l-feniletil)-L-sistein türevlerine geçilmiştir. Elde edilen altı adet türevin sentezinde Kim ve Chao'nun kullandıkları yöntemden yararlanılmıştır. -74- VII. SUMMARY In this study, the reaction of dimethyl benzylidenemalonates with L-cysteine was invastigated. The derivatives of dimethyl benzylidenemalonates were prepared by the condensation of dimethyl malonate and appropriate benzaldehyde derivatives. The reaction of dimethyl benzylidenemalonates with L-cysteine resulted the addition product. The synthetic methodology used synthesis of six S(2,2-dimethoxycarbonyl-l- substituted phenylethyl)-L-cysteine derivatives was reported in the study of Kim and Chao et al75.-75- The stucture elucidation of the synthesized compounds were done by elementary analise, IR, 1H-NMR, LC/MS, 13C-NMR, HETCOR, DEPT, NOESY, COSY and HMBC.
