Doğal afetlerin ilköğretim 5.sınıf öğrencilerinin yaptıkları resimler üzerine etkileri (Van ili deprem örneği)

Abstract

GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ EĞİTİM BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜHaziran 2014ÖZBu araştırmada Van ilinin Erçis ilçesinde okuyan İlköğretim 5.sınıf öğrencilerine `Evimiz ve Ailemiz konulu resim çalışması yaptırılmıştır. Öğrencinin iç dünyasını dışa vurmasını sağlamak ve 2011 yılının sonlarında gerçekleşen depreminin resimlerine yansıyıp yansımadığını hakkında veriler elde etmek için planlanıp uygulamaya sokulmuştur. Öğrencilerin yapmış oldukları resimler arasından araştırmacı tarafından en çok etkilenilen resimler seçilmiş ve resim sayısı 25'e indirilmiştir. Çocuklar dünyayı, çevresini, yaşadıklarını, duygularını kendi algıladığı biçimde görür ve bunları kendince ifade etmeye çalışır. Çocuğun bize kendisini yansıtması ve olaylar hakkındaki duygu ve düşüncelerini ifade etmesinde. Yalın bir anlatım aracı olan resmin önemi büyüktür. Sabahattin Eyüboğlu(1962),`çocuğun sözlerinde ve çizgilerinde dünya ile bir uyuşma çabası aranabilir ancak, bir sanat kaygısı değil` demektedir. Eyüboğlu'na göre, her çocuk anlamsız sesler, amaçsız eğriler, doğru çizgilerle başlar içini dökmeye. Sonra bunlar bir işaret olmaya, birer sembol değeri kazanmaya başlar. Bu semboller tazeliklerini yitirip, birer şema haline gelmedikleri sürece, çocuk düşünce ve duygularının özgür bir belirtisi sayılabilir. Yani çocuk, resim yoluyla dünyayı bize kendi açısından ve en kestirme yoldan özentisiz ve yalın anlayışla verir.(Yavuzer, 2005,13) Resim yapmanın Psikolojik sağaltım özelliği vardır. Deprem yaşayan çocuklar tranvatik sıkıntılı durumlar yaşamışlardır. Çocuklar bu durumların resimlerini yaparak duygularını dışa vurarak rahatlarlar. Bu çalışmada amaç; çocukları incitmeden onlara depremi hatırlatmadan `Evimiz ve Ailemiz `konusu doğrultusunda eğer varsa yaşadıkları depremin sonrasında iç dünyalarındaki sorunların kaynağına inebilmek ve resimlerine yansımalarını gözlemleyebilmektir. Çocuklar sosyal canlılardır ve sosyal çevrenden etkilenirler ve yaşadıkları etkileri de resimlerine yansıtabilmektedirler.

This study is planned and carried out in order to allow students express their inner world and to collect data whether 2011 earthquake is reflected on their paintings or not. Among the paintings drawn by students, those which impressed the researcher most are selected and number of paintings are reduced to 25. Children see the world and their environment, experiences and feelings from their own perceptions and try to express them in their own way. Painting as a plain expression instrument is essential to allow child reflect him/ herself to us and express his/her emotions and thoughts about events. `An effort for harmonization with the world can be sought in words and lines of child but not an artistic concern` said Sabahattin Eyüboğlu (1962). According to Eyüboğlu, every child began to bear his/her heart with meaningless sounds, aimless curves and straight lines. Then those became a sign and gained a symbolic value. These symbols can be counted as a free expression of child's thoughts and emotions as long as they they don't lose their freshness and became a scheme. Namely, by the way of painting, the child shows us the world from his/ her perspective and in the shortest way with a plain understanding and without being a wannabe (Yavuzer, 2005:13). Painting has a psychological therapeutic property. Children experienced earthquake faced traumatic situations. Children relaxed by expressing their feelings by drawing paintings of these situations. In this study, we aimed to get to the bottom of the problems of their inner world (if any) appeared after earthquake, in line with `Our Home and Family` theme without hurting them and reminding of the earthquake and observe reflections to their paintings.
