Kosgeb girişimcilik destekleri: Karaman ili örneği

Abstract

Girişimcilik gelişmiş ve gelişmekte olan toplumların ekonomik anlamda kalkınmasında, ilerleyebilmesinde önem arz etmekte olup ülke ekonomisine olan etkisi sebebiyle kurum ve kuruluşlar tarafından özendirilmekte ve desteklenmektedir. Girişimciliğin desteklenmesinde önemli kurumların başında KOSGEB gelmektedir. KOSGEB tarafından verilen girişimcilik destekleri ile başarılı işletmelerin kurulması hedeflenmektedir. Uygulamalı girişimcilik eğitimini tamamlayan ve kendi işini kurmak isteyen girişimcilere KOSGEB yeni girişimci desteği kapsamında destek vermektedir. Yeni girişimci desteğinin uygulamalı girişimcilik eğitimine bağlı olmasının sebebi girişimcilik kültürüne ve bilgisine sahip başarılı işletmelerin kurulmasını sağlamaktır. Araştırmada KOSGEB' in yeni girişimci destek programından faydalanarak iş yerini açan girişimcilerin KOSGEB' in girişimcilik eğitiminden ve desteğinden memnuniyet durumları ve girişimcilerin Karaman ekonomisine yapmış oldukları katkının analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Karaman ilinde KOSGEB yeni girişimci destek programı kapsamında iş yerini açan 8 girişimci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada literatürdeki çalışmalar incelenerek hazırlanan sorular ile yüz yüze görüşmeler sonucunda yapılan mülakatlar yer almaktadır. Girişimcilerin KOSGEB' in sağlamış olduğu desteklerin Karaman ekonomisine katkı sağladığı ve geliri artırdığı konusundaki görüşlerinin net bir şekilde anlaşılması amacıyla girişimcilerin, eğitim süreçleri ve destekten yararlanma süreçleri hakkındaki aşamalar göz önünde bulundurulmuş olup mülakatlar bu kapsamda oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda girişimcilerin almış oldukları eğitimden ve destekten memnun oldukları görülmüştür. Girişimciler destek limitinin artırılması konusunda aynı fikirlere sahip olsalar da, eğitim süreci kapsamında bazı girişimciler eğitim süresini yeterli bulmadıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Girişimcilik desteklerinin istihdama, ekonomiye katkı sağladığı ve geliri arttırdığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Girişimci, Girişimcilik Eğitimi, Girişimcilik Desteği, KOBİ, KOSGEB

Entrepreneurship is important for the economic development and progress of societies. Entrepreneurship is encouraged and supported by organizations due to its impact on the national economy. KOSGEB is one of the leading institutions in supporting entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship provided by KOSGEB is encouraged, supported and the establishment of successful enterprises is aimed. KOSGEB supports entrepreneurs who have completed their entrepreneurship training and want to start their own business with the support of new entrepreneurs. The reason why new entrepreneur support is based on applied entrepreneurship training is to establish successful enterprises with entrepreneurial culture and knowledge. In this study, the satisfaction of entrepreneurs from KOSGEB entrepreneurship training and support and the contribution of these entrepreneurs to Karaman economy were examined. The working group of the research consists of 8 entrepreneurs who opened their own businesses within the scope of KOSGEB' s new entrepreneur support program in Karaman province. In the research, the questions prepared by examining the studies in the literature and interviews made as a result of face-to-face interviews are included. In order to understand clearly the opinions of entrepreneurs that KOSGEB provided support to Karaman economy and increase income, the stages of training processes and benefiting from support were taken into consideration and interviews were formed within this scope. As a result of the research, it was seen that entrepreneurs were satisfied with the training and support they received. While the entrepreneurs have the same ideas about increasing the support limit, some entrepreneurs stated that they did not find the training period sufficient. It has been concluded that entrepreneurship supports contribute to employment, economy and increase income.Keywords: Entrepreneur, Entrepreneurship Training, Entrepreneurship Support, SME, KOSGEB
