Türk sigorta sektörünün gelecek perspektifi: Sorunsuz çözüm önerileri üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışma, gelecekte büyüme trendi gösteren Türk Sigorta Sektörünü incelemek, sektörün büyümesinin önündeki fırsat ve engelleri tespit etmek amacı ile hazırlanmıştır. Bu amaçla araştırmacı, sigorta sektörünün neden ortaya çıktığı, nasıl geliştiği ve poliçe sahibine sunduğu ayrıcalıkları işleyecektir. Türk Sigorta Pazarını, dünyadaki ve Avrupa'daki sigorta pazarları ile kıyaslayacaktır. Büyüyen ekonomisi ile gelişmekte olan ülke konumundaki Türkiye'nin, genç ve eğitim seviyesi artan nüfusu ile neden yabancı yatırımcıların gözdesi olduğuna değinecektir. Yatırımcılar ve Pazar için olası büyüme fırsatlarını ayrıntılı bir şekilde alırken, bir yandan da ülkenin içinde bulunduğu siyasi ve politik düzensizliklere bağlı olarak çıkan riskleri değerlendirecektir. Bununla beraber, günümüzde birçok sektörde trend haline gelmiş dijital dönüşüm trendlerinin sigorta sektöründe yapılan ve yapılacak uygulamalarını işleyecektir. Bulut teknolojisi, akıllı mobil cihazlar, nesnelerin interneti, insansız hava araçları ve yapay zeka gibi gelişmelerin sektöre sağlayacağı faydaları inceleyecektir. Tüm gelişmeleri Türk Sigortacılığı ve acenteler tarafından değerlendirerek, dijital dönüşümün Türk Sigortacılığında uygulanma biçimlerini gözlemleyecektir. Araştırmacı son olarak, bulgularını Türk Sigorta Sektöründe önemli yere sahip iki yönetici ile yapmış olduğu yüz yüze mülakat sonucunda elde etmiş bulgular ile araştırmasını destekleyecektir

Main purpose of the researcher with this study is investigating the opportunities and threats of the Turkish Insurance Market that expected to show significant growth in the future. At the same time, researcher aims to introduce to future trends in Insurance market both in the world and in Turkey. For this purpose, researcher will examine why insurance industry has emerged, how it has develop and what kind of privileges it offers. Furthermore, researcher will explain world and Turkish insurance market. At the same time, writer will compare the Turkish insurance market, world insurance market and European insurance market in order to point out the opportunities of Turkish insurance market. Because, Turkish insurance market have many opportunities for foreign investors with its developing economy, young educated population. Researcher also will asses the risk factors on insurance industry in Turkey. On the other hand, digital trends in insurance sector will examined by researcher through with the explanation of internet of things, cloud technology, digital platforms, mobile technologies, drones and artificial intelligence. Researcher also will explain digital trends in Turkish Insurance Market and agencies. Finally, researcher will make a survey about future perspective of Turkish Insurance Market with two important manager in insurance market.
