Abstract
Ill DO?RUSAL OLMAYAN TERS KONTROL STRATEJİSİ KULLANARAK YAPAY SİNİR A?LARI İLE BİR ROBOT KOLUNUN KONTROL EDİLMESİ ÖZET Bu tezde, iki ekleme sahip robot kolu için yapay sinir ağlarına dayalı ters doğrusal olmayan denetim yöntemleri incelenmiştir. 11 ABSTRACT In this thesis, Inverse Nonlinear Control Schemes based on Neural Network are investigated for two link robotic manipulator. The control schemes which are investigated can be stated as follows: Standalone Neural Network Feedforward Controller; Primary Neural Network Controller with Secondary PD Controller and Primary Neural Network Controller with Secondary PID Controller. Firstly, the dynamics of the two link manipulator is given and its model is derived using the Lagrange method. Then, the dynamic equations for the robotic manipulator, which is used in this thesis is given and it's specifications are mentioned. Brief theory about the Neural Network and the backpropagation training algorithm is given to provide the easy understanding of the inverse plant ID of the manipulator. The best structure for the Neural Network is obtained as the inverse plant identification model, among the ones which are mentioned in this thesis. In standalone neural network feedforward controller, the importance of the inverse plant ID and its functionality of nonlinear mapping is explained. How the tracking errors that accumulated during the control can be compensated is explained in Primary neural network controller with secondary PD controller. The steady-state error arising due to the constant load disturbances is eliminated by incorporation of the integral action to the outer loop.
