Abstract
In this study, a general purpose, folly analog, voltage-mode fozzy logic controller chip was designed. In this design, Fuzzy Decision-Making System-II ( FDMS-II) extraction methodology, that combines both neural networks and fuzzy algorithms was used. After designing the building blocks, the connections between the nodes and the efficient node numbers were determined according to the program code, and the overall network was constructed. Since the existent fuzzy controllers in the literature were whether digital or mixed analog-digital designs, to implement the overall network structure using only CMOS analog circuitry become the main goal of this thesis. In order to test its performance, the implemented network was simulated with an exemplary sinus problem, and the simulation results were compared with the program code calculations.
