İranlı kadınların gözünden Türk kadınlarının siyasi ve sosyal konumunun değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Çalışmada, hem Türk kadınlarının geçmişten bugüne kazanılmış hakları saptanmakta hem de kadınların bu haklardan ne oranda faydalanabildiğine değinilmektedir. Yapılan bu çalışma ile Türkiye'de yaşayan İranlı kadınların, Türk kadınlarının siyasi ve sosyal konumlarını nasıl değerlendirdiğini ortaya çıkarmak amaçlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın bir diğer amacı ise toplumsal cinsiyet eşitliği kavramının Türk kadınlarındaki yansımasını tespit edebilmektir. Çalışmada, Türkiye'de en az 2 yıldır ikamet eden, Türkiye ve İran gündemini takip eden, en az lise mezunu 20 İranlı kadın katılımcı ile yapılan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniğinden elde edilen veriler kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada, Türk kadınlarının sosyal ve siyasal haklarının İran'a göre daha fazla olduğu (özellikle medeni kanun konusunda), bu hakların kullanımında yaşanan sorunların benzer olduğu (ataerkil kültür yapısı) sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu çalışmadan çıkan bir diğer sonuç ise İranlı kadınların gözünde, Türkiye'de toplumsal cinsiyet eşitliğinin olmadığıdır.

İn the study, both the rights of Turkish women that have acquired from the past to the present are determined and also to what extent women can benefit from these rights are taken into consideration. With this study, it aims to uncover that the evaluation of the Iranian women who living in Turkey about the political and social situation of Turkish women. Another aim of this study is that to determine the reflection of the concept of gender equality in Turkish women. The data obtained from the semi-structured interview techniques with 20 Iranian female participants who are at least 2 years residing in Turkey, stay abreast of Iran and Turkey agenda, at least high school graduates, were used in the study. In the study, it is revealed that the social and political rights (especially on civil law) of Turkish woman are higher than İranian Women's rigths. And again for two society (IRAN and TURKEY), it is revealed that the problems experienced in the use of social and political rights were found to be similar due to the patriarchal cultural structure.Another conclusion from this study, in the eyes of the İranian women , There is no gender equality in Turkey.
