Abstract
Bu çalışmada üç adet (I, II, III) yeni ligand ve dört adet yeni (IV, V, VI, VII) kompleks ilk kez sentezlenmiştir. 2-(3-okso-1,3-dihidroizobenzofuran-1-il)aminobenzoik asit (C15H11NO4)I3-(3-okso-1,3-dihidroizobenzofuran-1-il)aminobenzoik asit (C15H11NO4)II4-(3-okso-1,3-dihidroizobenzofuran-1-il)aminobenzoik asit (C15H11NO4)IIItetramethanolbis(3-(3-okso-1,3-dihidroizobenzofuran-1-il)aminobenzoato)çinko(II) (C34H36ZnN2O12)IVtetramethanolbis(3-(3-okso-1,3-dihidroizobenzofuran-1-il)aminobenzoato)kobalt(II) (C34H36CoN2O12)Vtetramethanolbis(4-(3-okso-1,3-dihidroizobenzofuran-1-il)aminobenzoato)kobalt(II) (C34H36CoN2O12)VItetramethanolbis(4-(3-okso-1,3-dihidroizobenzofuran-1-il)aminobenzoato)nikel(II)(C34H36N2NiO12) VIILigandların ve komplekslerin yapılarını aydınlatmak için elementel analiz, 1H-NMR, 1C-NMR, FT-IR spektroskopisi, UV-Vis, ve X-ray yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca ligandların ve komplekslerin antibakteriyel aktiviteleri agar kuyucuk difüzyon yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. In addition, antibacterial activities of complexes and ligands were investigated by agar well diffusion method.
