The purpose of this study is to state the effects on organizational commitment and job satisfaction of primary and secondary school teachers' perception of job stress. Opinions of the participants were compared according to variance of their age, gender, marital status, level of education, seniority, the level of perception of salary, the kind of school at which they work and the number of students in their classes.
