Abstract

Doğadaki hareketliliğin ve gün içinde değişen ışığın, nesneler üzerindeki etkileşimin sanatçıyı büyük ölçüde etkilediği bilinen bir gerçektir. Bu devingenliğin göstergelerini işitsel, görsel ve yazınsal edebiyata yansımaları, modern sanat içinde çokça örneklendirmek mümkündür. Empresyonizm ile başlayan bu etkileşim süreci günümüze dek farklı birçok örnekle çeşitlenmiştir. Yer kürenin güneşin ve kendi ekseni etrafında yaptığı hareket ile oluşan mevsimler ve gece ile gündüz zaman diliminde olduğu gibi tüm canlıların doğum ve ölüm süreçlerinde de bu devingen dönüşümün gözlemlenmesi olasıdır. Heykelden, anıt ve mimari yapıya uzanan devinim ve modüler yapı irdelenmiş, sanatçıyı etkileyen ana etken araştırılmıştır. Yapılan özgün çalışmalar kavramsal çerçevede ele alınan bu örnekler ile ilişkilendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak doğal koşullarla hareket kazanan heykeller mekanik kurgularla da devingen hale dönüştürülmüştür.
