Abstract
ABSTRACT This research ; sexuality, marital status, age, management frictions, branchs, teacher seniority, manager seniority, graduate from an educational iristute, take a courses or seminars, kind of high school (private or government) and section, administrative district, specified total of student, specified total of vice-manager and teacher, to study level of job satisfaction for education Administrators. This research comprises administrative district within İzmir in Turkey. Exemplary group includes 125 schools and 305 education Administrators. Researcher's related for independent variable datas, collect with `Personal Knowledge Document` prepare from researcher. Collected datas t test, anova and use to forward variance analysis tests to analyzed, mistake lot.05 to be accepted.
