H. 1109 - 1110 (M. 1697 - 1699) tarihli ve 22 No`lu Amasya Şer`iye Sicilinin transkripsiyonu ve tahlili

Abstract

`H. 1109-1110 (M. 1697-1699) tarihli ve 22 no'lu Amasya Şer'iye Sicili'nin transkripsiyonu ve tahlili` adlı tezimizin giriş bölümde Osmanlı Devleti'ndeki adalet teşkilatını, şer`i mahkemeleri, şer'iye sicillerinin önemini ve şer'iye sicillerindeki belge çeşitleri hakkında bilgiler verdik. I. bölümde adı geçen sicilin transkripsiyonunu yaptık. II. bölümde sicildeki belgelerin sicilin ve tezin hangi sayfasında olduğunu, belgelerin türünü ve tarihini kapsayan bir fihrist ile sicildeki belgelerden daha kolay yararlanabilmek için belgelerin konu başlıklarını belirterek birkaç kelime ile içeriğini ortaya koymaya çalıştık. III. bölümde elimizden geldiği ölçüde belgelerin tek tek içeriğini ortaya koyarak Amasya'nın idarî, askerî, iktisadî ve sosyal yapısını ortaya koymaya çalıştık.

In the beginning chapter of our thesis named transeription and analysis of Judical Records of the Religious Court of Amasya dated H. 1 109- 1110 (M. 1697-1699), we supplied information about religious courts, the importance of Judical records of the religious courts and the sorts of documents of these courts in Ottoman state. We made a transeription in the I. chapter in the II. chapter, we stated on what page these records are, and we added a table of contents and the sorts of documents with a short description by stating the title of them to make it easy to ise. In the III. chapter we did our best to identify these documents to give full information about administrative, military, economic and social situation of Amasya. 11
