Multiple Myeloma`lı hastalarda ve sağlıklı kişilerde serum İL-6 (İnterleukin-6) seviyelerinin incelenmesi ve multiple myeloma etyolojisine genel bakış

Abstract

IV ÖZET Multiple Myeloma etyolojisinde önemi ve myeloma hücreleri için growth faktör ( hüyüme faktörü) etkisi olan IL-6 ( in terle uk in -6) seviyeleri, bu. hastalarda yüksek ola- larak tesbit edilmektedir. Bizde toplam 16 kişinin (sekiz multiple myeloma hastası, sekiz sağlıklı kişi) serum IL-6 seviyelerini inceledik. IL-6 seviyeleri `human IL-6, R&J) systems /tJSA ` kitleri ile ve ` quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique ` metodu kullanılarak ölçül müştür. Multiple myelomalı hastalarda sağlam kişilere göre serum IL-6 seviyeleri yüksek çıkmıştır ve Mann.Whitney metoduna göre istatistiksel olarak `bu fark anlamlı ?bulun muştur (u:63, p:0,001). ABSTRACT The IL-6 rates which carry importance for the growth factor of myeloma cells have been measured higher Multiple Myeloma these potients. We have examined a total of 16 patient (eight of whom had multiple myeloma disease and eight of whom were healthy people) in whom serum 11-6 rates were investigated.
