Abstract
Vakum odasının basıncı100 mTorr'a düşürüldükten sonra Anilin monomer'i ortama gönderilmiştir. The aim of this study is the optical and electronic properties of Polyaniline thin filmcoatings were investigated that obtained of Aniline monomer polymerizing on glasssubstrate by the Plasma Polymerization technique. Plasma polymerization technique is atechnique that makes it possible to produce as a thin film and polymerizing of materialsthat cannot be polymerized using conventional techniques. The obtained polymeric thinfilms are large area and the films quality is high with physical and chemical stability. Theemergence of the new technological areas such as organic electronics and bioelectroniccaused to increase the attention to develop the thin polymeric films that are obtained fromorganic source. Polyaniline is one of the most important conductive polymers that areused currently studies in investigating of conductivities of the materials. In this researchthe glass has used as the basic substrate. Before the locating of the glass in into chamber,at first was washed by organic solvent, Distilled Water and ultrasonic bath respectively.Aniline monomer has entranced into the vacuum by vent after the chamber pressurebecame 100 mTorr. Chamber pressure was set at 500 mTorr and RF power was fixed at20 Watt. The chemical structure, optic properties, amorphus pahse and surfacemorphology of obtained thin films has investigated by FTIR, UV-VIS, XRD and SEMrespectively. The ontained thin films indicated semi-conductive, cross-linked andamorphous properties as Results of charachterization. These materials are thought to behave potential applications in semiconductor devices when the Band Gap it is intended.
