Abstract
Altın Orda Devleti (1227-1502), Moğol İmparatorluğu'nun kurucusu Cengiz Han tarafından oğlu Cuci'ye verilmiş olan Doğu Avrupa topraklarında, Cuci'nin oğlu Batu Han tarafından kurulmuştur. Batu, babasının ölümü (1227) sebebiyle, dedesi Cengiz'in kendisini görevlendirdiği Batı Seferi sonrasında ele geçirdiği bölgede, İtil kıyısında başkent Saray şehrini kurmuş ve devletin temellerini atmıştır. The Golden Horde State (1227-1502) was founded by the son of Cuci, Batu Khan, in Eastern Europe, which was given to his son Cuci by the founder of the Mongol Empire. Due to the death of his father (1227), Batu established the capital city of Saray on the coast of İtil, and laid the foundations of the state in the region captured by his grandfather Cengiz after the Western Expedition. The Golden Horde, which dominates these mobile soils in the north of the Black Sea, has also effectively evaluated the heritage of technique, culture and civilization that the former inhabitants of the region, Hazar, inherited from the Bulgarians and Harezmshah. In addition, the effective policies of the Golden Horde, especially towards trade, have made the state more economically strong and the Silk Road, which passes through the region, has become safer and more active than before. In this way, the Golden Horde State served as a bridge between the east and west for about three centuries in the Middle Ages, and almost all of them became a major trade center with cities that are important markets.
