With this study, I have given information on information concepts, information management systems and strategic management. For understanding the importance of information clearly, information community has been touched. The kinds of information systems have been described and companies benefit from them has been accented. The foundation stones of strategic management process; strategy, policy and goal concepts have been touched, knowledge about strategic management process has been given.
