Abstract

ÖZETBu araştırmamızda, 23 nolu Antep Şer`iyye Sicilini esas alarak, Antep' in1653/1654 (H.1063-1064) tarihleri arasındaki sosyal ve ekonomik durumunu ortayakoymaya çalıştık.Öncelikle Antep Şer`iyye Sicilinin transkripsiyonu yapılarak tahlil ve tasnifçalışmalarının tamamlanması ile birlikte incelenen belgelerin ağırlıklı olarak, miras,vasi tayini ve alacak davalarından oluştuğu görüldü. SUMMARYIn this research we tried to understand social and economical position of the Antep, theyears between A. D. 1653/1654 (H.1063-1064) on the basis of Antep Şer`iyye Sicils whose number23First of all by transcribing Antep Şer`iyye Sicils with the completion of analysis andclassification work , the documents which were examined was seen that these documents mostlyconsist of heritage, guardian, craditor and obadience. In this direction, in the introductry section inwhich şer`iyye sicills are defined by evaluating the history of the place from ancient times up today,family life, management structure the authorities, production, non profitedassociations and the taxorganization, the town Antep? ssocial and economic situation was tried to be described.
