İşletmelerin lojistik faaliyetlerinde iş analizi ve zaman etüdü: Gaziantep`te bir vaka incelemesi

Abstract

Tüm işletmeler varlıklarını sürdürmek, büyüyüp gelişmek amacıyla karlarını maksimize etmeye çalışırlar. Bunun başarılması, işletmelerin faaliyetlerini mümkün olan en etkin ve verimli yol ve yöntemlerle gerçekleştirmelerine bağlıdır. Günümüz işletmelerinin toplam maliyetlerinde önemli bileşenlerden biri lojistik faaliyetlerden hasıl olan maliyet unsurlarıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, işletmelerin lojistik faaliyetlerinin iş analizi yöntemiyle incelenmesi; yapılacak zaman ve metod etüdleri neticesinde bu faaliyetlerin en etkin ve verimli yapılabilmesini sağlayacak şekilde düzenlenmesi ve tasarlanmasıdır. Çalışma kapsamında Gaziantep'te faaliyet gösteren büyük ölçekli bir hububat üretim işletmesinin lojistik faaliyetleri ele alınarak veri toplanmış, toplanan veriler iş analizi yöntemiyle incelenmiş ve ulaşılan sonuçlardan hareketle söz konusu faaliyetlerin oluşturduğu süreç için yeni bir yöntem önerilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda önerilen yeni süreçle işletmenin etkinliğinin ve verimliliğinin arttırılacağı kanıtlanmış ve bulgu olarak sunulmuştur. Bu çalışmada izlenen yöntem ve bulgulanan sonuçların, benzer faaliyetleri bulunan tüm işletmelerin istifade edebileceği nitelikte olduğu düşünülmektedir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Lojistik, İş Analizi, Zaman Etüdü, Metod Etüdü, Verimlilik

All businesses try to maximize their profits in order to maintain their assets and grow and develop. The achievement of this depends on the fact that the enterprises carry out their activities in the most effective and efficient ways and methods possible. One of the important components in the total costs of today's businesses is the cost elements derived from logistics activities. This study examines the logistic activities of enterprises with the job analysis method; to be organized and designed in such a way that it can be done most effectively and efficiently in terms of time and method studies. Within the scope of the study, logistics activities of a large scale cereal production companies which operates in Gaziantep were collected. Collected data were analyzed by job analysis method and a new method was proposed for the process that the related activities formed. As a result of the study, the new process proposed and proven to increase the efficiency and efficiency of the business is presented. The method and conclusions that are observed in this study are thought to be of the benefit of all businesses with similar activities.Keywords: Logistics, Job Analysis, Time Study, Method Study, Productivity
