Ahşap platform çerçeve sistem

Abstract

Ahşap Platform Çerçeve sistem, Türkiye'de kısıtlı da olsa uygulama alanına sahip bir sistem olmasına karşın, mevcut bilgi birikimi ve uygulayıcıların tecrübelerini Türkçe yazınsal olarak ifade edemeyen bir çalışma konusudur. Bu sorundan hareketle ilk olarak, mevcut bilgileri derleyip uygulayıcı ve denetleyicilere yapım sürecinde rehber ve başvuru niteliği taşıyabilecek bir çalışma ortaya koyabilmek amacıyla; ilk olarak temelin uygulanış süreci ve temel türleri açıklanmıştır. Sonrasında döşeme kuruluşu ve bu süreçte kullanılan kiriş türleri, duvar montaj süreci ve bu sürecin tamamlayıcı bir parçası olan kapı, pencere ve cephe kaplamaları anlatılmış ve çatı kuruluşunda çatının montaj süreci ve bu sürecin tamamlanmasına yardımcı olan çatı kiriş, çatı kaplamaları ve baca türleri verilmiştir. Son olarak merdiven çerçevesinin kuruluş ve uygulama süreci açıklanarak, teorik ve pratik alanda olası eksiklikleri tamamlayabilecek ve Türkçe bir çalışmayı öğrenci, öğretmen, uygulayıcı ve denetimcinin faydalanmasına sunarak mevcut boşluğu doldurmak amaçlanmıştır.Bu amaç içerisinde açıklanmaya çalışılan her öğe ?kurma ve ayağa kaldırma?, ?detaylandırma?, ?montajlama? ve ?yalıtma? başlıklarında değerlendirilmiştir. Kurulum sürecinin açıklanması sonrasında bu süreç sisteme ait tesisat ile ilişkilendirilmiştir. Bu amaçla dördüncü bölümde sırasıyla pissu / temiz su, elektrik, ısıtma tesisatı, uygulama sürecine yönelik bilgi ve detayları dikkate alınarak açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.

Even if Wood Light Frame Structure is preferred by limited users or applicators in Turkey, this headline can be thought as the main working area where the experiments of the applicators are not displayed. By the way of this issue, to achieve a guide book during the application process of this system, the kinds of foundation and its application process is first explained. Then the application process of the floors, the kinds of beams and the supplementary knowledge of the floor system, the door and window systems, kinds of façade systems and their application process are explained.After the definition of floor systems, the application process of the roof system, roof materials which are used in common and as the intersected topic of this system, the fireplaces and chimneys are explained. At the end of this study the application process and kind of stairways is explained within the goal of filling the gap of a source that is not in Turkish which can be used by the students, teachers, applicators or inspectors.Every topics of this study dealt with the process of ?the installation?, ?detailing?, ?the application? and ?insulation?. At the end of this study, the facility services (Clean and waste water, electrical, heating) are explained and associated with the the parts of the system above.
