Dış cephe kaplaması olarak kompakt laminat

Abstract

Bu çalışmada dış cephe tasarımında ürün seçiminin önemine değinilmiş, yapılarda kompakt laminat cephe kaplama levhalarının kullanımıyla ilgili detaylı bilgi verilmiştir.Birinci bölümde; sorun tanımlanmış, çalışmanın önemi, kapsamı ve uygulanacak yöntemden bahsedilmiştir. Mimari tasarım sürecinde cephe kavramı ve cephe kaplaması seçiminde yapı ürününün rolü anlatılmıştır.İkinci bölümde; dış cephe üzerinde durulup, gelişiminden bahsedilmiş, örnek dış cephe kaplamaları olarak doğal ahşap, doğal taş ve metal kaplamalar incelenmiştir.Üçüncü bölümde; dış cephe kaplaması olarak kompakt laminatın tanımı, sınıflandırılması ve üretimi anlatılmış; yapı cephesine uygulama metotları üzerinde durulup, oluşabilecek sorunlara değinilmiştir.Dördüncü bölümde; kompakt laminat kaplamanın teknik özellikleri elde edilen değerlere göre verilmiş, kaplamanın atmosfer koşullarındaki davranışı ve standartlara göre gereklilikleri incelenmiştir.Beşinci bölümde; kompakt laminat kaplamanın teknik değerleri, doğal ahşap, doğal taş ve metal kaplamanın teknik değerleriyle, belirlenen ölçütlere göre karşılaştırılmıştır.Sonuç bölümünde ise, elde edilen değerler, oluşturulan tablo ile yorumlanmıştır.Anahtar kelimeler: Dış duvar, cephe, cephe kaplamaları, kompakt laminat.

In this thesis, the selection of construction materials for outside design is emphasized. It has given information about using of the compact laminate materials in constructions.In the first chapter, the problem is described and told about importance and lines of the study. Value of materials for covering outside is mentioned during architectural design.In the second chapter, concept of facede improvement and outside covering materials are explained. Natural wood coating, natural stone coating and metal coating are analyzed.The third chapter is about the description and sorting of compact laminate with explaining the application methods and some problems which can be seen.In the fourth chapter, compact laminate coating according to the specifications given obtained for the coating according to the standards of behavior and requirements of the atmospheric conditions are investigated.The fifth chapter is about the mentioning of the coatings . This chapter is contained the comparison between the coverings of compact laminate, natural wood, natural stone and metal coating for the technical criteria.In the last chapter, the obtained results are evaluated.Key words: Outside wall, facade, facade coatings, compact laminate.
