Abstract

88 - VI ÖZET Bu çalışmada, imidazol türevi antifungal bileşikler olan ketokonazol ve metronidazol 'Un tablet ve kremlerinde etken madde miktar tayinleri yapılmıştır. Analizlerde UV-VIS spektroskopisi yöntemleri kullanılmış, üç farklı dalga boyunda (maksimum absorpsiyon dalga boyu, sırt bölgedeki bir dalga boyu, 2. türev spektrumundaki maksimum absorpsiyon dalga boyu) preparatlarda etken madde miktar tayini yapılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçların istatistiksel analizi yapılmıştır.

- 89 - VII SUMMARY Quantitative analysis of active substances, ketoconazole and metronidazole, which are antifungal components of imidazol derivatives were realized in tablet and cream samples. UV-VIS spectrophotometry procedures were applied for the analysis. Three different wavelengths (maximum absorption wavelength, a wavelength at the shoulder region and maximum absorption wavelength at the second derivative spectrum) were used. The results obtained were statistically evaluated.
