Bazı 2-fenilbenzimidazol türevleri üzerinde çalışmalar

Abstract

- 45 -' VI. ÖZET Bu çalışmada, 2-fenilbenzimidazol türevi dört bileşik sentez edilmiştir. Sentezi, yapılan bileşiklerin yapıları, İR, NMR verileri ve elemental analizleri ile ka nıtlanmıştır. Bileşiklerin sentezi, o-fenilendiamin türevle ri ile o-metoksibenzaldehit veya p-metoksibenzaldehitin bislllfit katım Ürünlerinden hareketle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu bileşikleri sentez etmemizin nedeni, bunların nitro ve sonra amin türevlerine geçmek ve daha sonra buradan, iyotlanmıs türevlerine geçmektir, fakat uygulanan nitrolama yöntemlerinin beklenen bileşikleri vermediği İR, NMR ve elemental analizler ile kanıtlandı.

- 46 VII. SUMMARY In this study, four 2-phenybenzimidazole derivatives have been synthesized. The chemical structure of the compounds synthesized have been elucidated with their elemental analysis, spectral data. The aim of synthesis of these compounds was to synthesize their nitro and amino derivatives, in order to obtain idonated derivatives of the compounds, unfortunately it was not possible to synthesize proposed nitro compounds by the nitration methods employed, this was proven by IR, NMR spectral data and elemental analysis.
