Tayvan`da yabancı dil olarak Türkçenin öğretiminde karşılaşılan sorunlar ve çözüm önerileri

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı Tayvan'da yabancı dil olarak Türkçenin öğretilmesi sürecinde karşılaşılan sorunların tespit edilmesi ve bu sorunlara yönelik çözüm önerilerinin araştırılmasıdır. Araştırmanın geneli betimsel niteliktedir. Bu araştırma tarama modeli esas alınarak verilerin değerlendirmesi açısından hem nicel hem nitel özelliklere sahip olan karma bir araştırmadır. Araştırmanın evreni Ulusal Chengchi Üniversitesi Türk Dili ve Kültürü Bölümünde görev yapan öğretmenler ve tüm öğrencilerdir. Araştırmada örneklem basit tesadüfi örnekleme kullanılarak seçilmiştir. Örneklem olarak seçilen 3 öğretmen ve 77 öğrenciden görüş alınmıştır. Araştırma kapsamda öğrencilerin ve öğretmenlerin Türkçe öğrenme ve öğretim sürecinde karşılaştıkları sorunları belirtmek amacıyla uygulanan anketlerden alınan görüşler nicel olarak SPSS 20.0 programı ile yapılmış, açık sorulara verilen cevaplar nitel olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarında Tayvan'da yabancı dil olarak Türkçenin öğretiminde Çincenin yapısından, öğrencilerden, öğretmenlerden, öğretim materyallerinden ve eğitim ortamından kaynaklanan sorunlar ve etkiler açıklanmış, bundan sonra Tayvan'da Türkçe öğretiminin geliştirilmesi için dikkate alınması gereken çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler : Yabancı Dil Olarak Türkçe Öğretimi, Tayvan, Çince

The aim of this research is to determine the problems encountered in teaching Turkish as a foreign language in Taiwan and to study the solution proposals directed to those problems. Generality of this research is descriptive quality. This research is a mixed research having both quantitative and qualitative characteristics from the point of data evaluation based on the descriptive survey model. Target population of the study is the instructors who worked in the National Chengchi University, Department of Turkish Language and Culture and all students in the department. Sampling in the research is selected by using the simple random sampling. The opinions of 3 instructors and 77 students who were selected as samples have been taken. In the scope of this research, the opinions have been analyzed by SPSS 20.0 program quantitatively and the opinions were taken from the questionnaries organized for the purpose of describing the problems the students and the instructors encountered during the process of learning and teaching Turkish and the answers to the open-ended questions have been evaluated qualitatively. In the research results, the problems and effects in teaching Turkish as a foreign language in Taiwan arising from the structure of Chinese, students, instructors, teaching materials and educational environment are made clear and the solution proposals are submitted in order to consider for the purpose of development of Turkish teaching in Taiwan in the future.Key Words : Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language, Taiwan, Chinese
